難忘第一次體驗軟件改善生活嘅感動。廿年前做公司Accounts、HR、Admin嘅打雜,為左要早啲收工,去圖書館借左本Excel Formula嘅書,逐個逐個 Formula學,令到本身要十日做完既野,兩日就做完。不過Excel只侷限個人用,去到一Team人、成間公司,好難單單用Excel處理,咁點先可以大家一齊快啲收工?從此踏入軟件公司搵答案,一做就做左十幾年。

經歷左十幾年不同軟件公司既洗禮,明白到作為用家想搵合適嘅軟件方案俾自己公司用真係一啲都唔容易,嚟嚟去去都係Google下、問下朋友、去下Event,一大堆資訊、一大堆術語,花時間理解完、忙完一大輪都未必搵到真係啱公司用既野,然後自己原本既工作就堆積如山,數碼轉型看似遙遙無期…

正因為咁,3位不年青的人就成立左SoftMap,令用家可以快速搵到合適既軟件供應商之餘,亦令香港更多有實力、有熱情既軟件公司可以被看見。

We’ll never forget the moment we realized software could actually change lives. Twenty years ago, we were the office “jacks-of-all-trades”—juggling Accounts, HR, and Admin. Chasing an earlier clock-out time, we hit the library, grabbed a book on Excel formulas, and taught ourselves everything. Suddenly, ten days of work took only two.

But Excel is a solo game. When it comes to a whole team or an entire company, a spreadsheet isn’t enough. We started asking: How can we help everyone get home earlier? That search for an answer pulled us into the software industry for over a decade.

After years in the trenches, we saw the same problem everywhere: finding the right software is a nightmare. 擁有超過 15 年資歷嘅 Alan,係企業轉型與市場開拓嘅幕後推手。由人力資源管理(HRM)嘅背景出發,佢更懂得從『人』與『效率』嘅角度去思考科技嘅價值。喺佢嘅職涯中,佢曾為多間高增長科技龍頭策劃 GTM 策略,成功將 ERP、RPA 同 AI 解決方案推廣至亞太各個市場。

佢深厚嘅業務管理(P&L)經驗,令佢深明每一分軟體投資都必須見到回報。佢曾協助超過 500 多間組織優化營運流程,實踐真正的數碼化轉型。無論係評估投資回報定係策略談判,Alan都能以專業嘅眼光,確保企業爭取最大回報。

With over 15 years of experience, Alan is a key driver behind corporate transformation and market expansion. Starting with a background in Human Resources Management (HRM), he brings a unique perspective to technology—viewing its value through the lens of “people” and “efficiency.” Throughout his career, he has orchestrated GTM strategies for several high-growth tech giants, successfully scaling ERP, RPA, and AI solutions across Asia-Pacific markets.

Martin 喺企業軟件同 SaaS 領域擁有超過 15 年嘅豐富經驗,擅長市場擴張同生態圈建立(Ecosystem Building)。喺佢嘅職業生涯中,已服務超過600間機構,協助佢地既後勤部門數碼轉型。

畢業於人力資源管理系,呢份背景令佢更能洞察人性與客戶嘅真實需求。擅長將產品概念傳遞給用家,為用家釐清目標,並透過合作夥伴關係,幫企業客搵到最合適嘅整合方案。對佢嚟講,成功嘅銷售唔止係簽成一單生意,而係透過合作同雙贏,幫客戶創造長期價值。

Dore Chan
Operations Director

Dore嘅職涯故事非常精彩且紮實,曾任職樓面、廚房、收銀、零售、接待員及資料輸入員等多個崗位,呢啲看似平凡嘅崗位,令佢比任何人都更清楚前線員工日常操作中嘅痛點同需求。

其後,佢加入行政及人力資源部門,由低做起,將實務經驗帶入後勤管理。最後,佢成功轉型投身軟件行業,先後擔任Solution Consultant 及 Product Marketing 嘅職位。佢主張軟件一定要『好用』,而唔係增加員工負擔。憑藉呢份從前線到後勤嘅完整履歷,佢能以最直覺、最人性化嘅角度,幫用家喺揀選方案時避開所有『離地』嘅陷阱,確保數碼轉型能真正『落地』

Dore has a remarkable and solid career journey. She started at the ground level, working in various roles such as floor staff, kitchen crew, cashier, retail assistant, receptionist, and data entry clerk. These seemingly ordinary positions have given her a deeper understanding of the daily pain points and needs of front-line employees than anyone else.

Later, she joined the Administrative and Human Resources departments, working her way up and bringing her practical, hands-on experience into back-office management. Eventually, she successfully transitioned into the software industry, serving as a Solution Consultant and in Product Marketing. Dore firmly believes that software must be a tool that empowers, rather than a burden to employees. With her comprehensive background—spanning from the front lines to the back office—she helps users avoid “detached” pitfalls and ensures that digital transformation is truly practical and grounded.

我哋嘅運作模式好簡單,而且對用家係完全免費。當你提出需求後,SoftMap 會喺 5 個工作天內幫你廣邀合適嘅供應商。供應商會根據你嘅需求提供報價,最後由你親自挑選 3 至 5 間公司見面,成個過程最快兩星期內就可以搞掂。

我哋只會向呢啲被你選中嘅供應商收取一次性及一致嘅平台費用。咁樣做係為咗確保供應商係真心想幫你解決問題,同時確保用家可以零負擔咁跨出轉型第一步,以及防止圍標。對我哋嚟講,幫你慳時間、幫行業搵生意、幫自己維生,先係真正嘅三贏。 只有幫你成功配對,我哋先至會獲利,咁樣大家先可以一齊行得更遠。

Our model is simple and completely free for users. Once you share your requirements, SoftMap reaches out to relevant providers within 5 working days. Providers will submit estimates based on your needs, and you personally pick 3 to 5 companies to meet—the entire process can be completed in as little as two weeks.

We only charge a one-time, flat platform fee to the providers you individually select. This ensures that providers are genuinely committed to solving your problems, allows users to take that first step in digital transformation with zero burden, and helps prevent bid-rigging. To us, saving you time, bringing business to the industry, and sustaining our own operations is what a true triple-win looks like.
