經調整的可索還醫療費最高每天限額已由2026年1月1日起生效。自生效日期起接受的醫治如符合《僱員補償條例》或《肺塵病條例》的相關規定，新的可索還醫療費最高每天限額便會適用。
🔖住院治療 – $300 (不變)
🔖門診治療 – $300調整至 $500
🔖同日接受住院及門診治療 – $370調整至 $700

The revised maximum daily rates of reimbursable medical expenses have come into effect on 1 January 2026. For medical treatment received on or after the effective date meeting the relevant provisions of the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance (ECO) or the Pneumoconiosis and Mesothelioma (Compensation) Ordinance (PMCO), the new maximum daily rates of reimbursable medical expenses are applicable.
🔖In-patient treatment – $300 (remains unchanged)
🔖Out-patient treatment – $300 to $500
🔖In-patient and out-patient treatment received on the same day – $370 to $700
