Cyberport and Prudential Hong Kong recently officially announced their collaboration to launch the “AI Challenge: Cantonese Voice AI for Insurance” This competition aims to introduce innovative technologies to develop practical and impactful AI solutions for the insurance industry and various other business sectors.
⭐ How Can Voice AI Be Applied to Internal Management?
Voice AI is already widely used in customer service for customer sentiment analysis, keyword extraction, and compliance auditing.
As internal management and back-office automation consultants, we focus more on how voice AI can transition from customer-facing roles into internal management. For example:
📌 Bridge Between Frontline and Back-office: Frontline staff mostly communicate via phone calls or WhatsApp, while the back-office primarily uses email.
