1. 方案推薦模式（由軟件供應商支付費用）：我們作為香港本地優秀軟件供應商的推廣平台，為酒店與本地頂尖供應商建立對話橋樑。在此模式下，我們不承擔銷售角色，亦不參與酒店內部的軟件評估過程。一旦連繫成功，後續的商業洽談與項目進行將交由該領域的專業供應商全權主導；若交易達成，我們將向軟件供應商收取推薦費用。
2. 獨立採購顧問（由酒店客戶支付費用）：我們亦可作為酒店管理層的外判採購團隊，接受酒店委託進行特定軟件的採購及篩選，並深度參與內部的決策與評估流程。在此模式下，我們由酒店客戶直接支付服務費用，因此承諾絕不收取任何軟件供應商的推薦費用，以百分之百獨立客觀的立場，全力捍衛你的採購權益。

SoftMap acts as an independent digital ecosystem connector and hospitality software sourcing consultant. To guarantee absolute transparency and objectivity for our hotel clients, we offer a clearly defined dual-track model:

1. Ecosystem Referral Model (Paid by Vendors): We bridge the gap between premier Hong Kong software vendors and hotels. In this capacity, we do not take on a sales role or participate in the software evaluation process. Once the initial connection is established, the specialized vendor takes full ownership of negotiations, and they will pay SoftMap a referral fee only upon a successful closing.
2. Independent Sourcing Consultation (Paid by Clients): Acting as a trusted extension of your executive team, we source specialized software under your direct commission and actively participate in your internal evaluation and decision-making process. Since our services are fully funded by you, we strictly decline any vendor referral fees, maintaining 100% independence to wholeheartedly safeguard and maximize your procurement interests.
