Many part-time employees frequently complain on social media, stating that the company’s notifications regarding work schedules are too late, which affects their enthusiasm for work.
Most companies currently require part-time employees to provide their availability for the following week and inform them of their schedules around the weekend. If you reserve four days next week for Company A but are informed on Saturday that you only need to work one day, this directly impacts your income and leaves you without enough time to find other jobs, leading to dissatisfaction.
Two Main Reasons for Scheduling Difficulties:
