The University Grants Commission (UGC) of India has conducted an investigation into fraudulent higher education institutions within the country, exposing 32 fake universities. Among these, Delhi has the highest concentration, with 12 such institutions identified. The Commission emphasized that these entities are not recognized by the Indian government and the degrees they confer hold no legal validity. The public is urged to remain vigilant and exercise caution.
