以前返工1個頂幾個，到頂唔順要走之後，舊公司要請返幾個人頂我個位，有一刻自己有種優越感:
「原來你都知我平時做幾多野，要咁多人先接到我啲野，你而家後悔都無用架啦😌」
後來先發現，除左自己外，其實無任何人會後悔，因為自己做左幾耐，就等於公司賺左幾耐著數，而且袋袋平安。你走，只係等於公司賺少左d，但無任何損失🤷🏻♀️。我十分敬佩嗰啲一發覺唔妥，勇敢地就算祼辭都要走既人。你地除左捍衞了自己的身心健康外，也拒絕成為血汗公司的肥料🍻

In the past, I carried the load for several colleagues, and when things got tough and I decided to leave, my old company had to hire a few people to fill my position. There was a moment when I felt a sense of superiority, thinking,
“Oh, so you realize how much I’ve been doing! You need so many people just to cover my work—it’s too late to regret now! 😌”
But later I realized that aside from myself, no one else would really regret it. Because the time I put in just meant the company made a profit off my efforts. When I left, it only meant the company earned a bit less, but they faced no real loss. 🤷🏻♀️
I truly admire those who, upon realizing something’s wrong, bravely choose to resign even under difficult circumstances. By doing so, you not only defend your own mental and physical health but also refuse to be the fertilizer for a sweatshop company. 🍻
As someone who’s been a master of none through different IT companies, I’ve seen all kinds of things—wacky stories, unique characters, and even some rare gems.
